1. Job Summary

Infrahub is looking for a skilled and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing strategies across various online platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads, driving qualified leads, improving online visibility and strengthening the company's digital presence.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign management, SEO, analytics and lead generation.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Google Ads Management

• Plan, create and manage Google Ads campaigns.
• Handle Google Search, Display and YouTube advertising campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Create compelling ad copies and optimise landing pages.
• Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CTR, conversions and ROI.
• Implement conversion tracking and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Generate quality leads through paid search campaigns.

B. Meta Ads Management

• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Plan lead generation, traffic, engagement and conversion campaigns.
• Define target audiences based on demographics, interests and behaviours.
• Develop and test ad creatives, headlines and campaign content.
• Manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise cost per lead.
• Improve campaign reach, engagement and lead conversion.

C. SEO & Website Management

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise website content, landing pages and metadata.
• Monitor website performance and organic traffic.
• Work with developers to improve website SEO and user experience.
• Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.

D. Social Media Marketing

• Manage company social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Develop monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging posts, reels, promotional creatives and captions.
• Maintain consistent brand communication.
• Monitor audience engagement and social media performance.

E. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Develop digital strategies to generate qualified business leads.
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns.
• Track leads from different marketing channels.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversion analysis.
• Analyse campaign performance and improve lead quality.
• Identify new digital channels and growth opportunities.

F. Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Track CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rates and ROAS.
• Monitor advertising expenditure and campaign budgets.
• Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements.
• Present marketing performance and lead generation reports to management.

3. Technical Skills Required

• Google Ads (Search, Display and YouTube).
• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Google Search Console.
• Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• SEO and keyword research tools.
• Canva and basic creative designing.
• Landing page optimisation.
• CRM and lead management tools.

4. Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint will be an added advantage.

5. Experience & Competencies

• 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns independently.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Result-oriented approach with a focus on measurable business growth.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Advertising campaign ROI/ROAS.
• Website traffic and organic growth.
• Google Ads and Meta Ads conversion rates.
• Social media engagement and reach.
• Marketing budget utilisation.
• Lead-to-customer conversion rate.

7. Preferred Candidate Profile

The candidate must be capable of independently planning, executing, monitoring and optimising digital marketing campaigns. Practical experience in managing advertising budgets and generating measurable business leads is essential.

Important: Hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory. Theoretical knowledge alone will not be sufficient.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
