Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong command over LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google platforms. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience running successful campaigns, preferably in a consultancy or agency environment. Familiarity with SEO, backlink strategy, and lead generation is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Build and optimize digital funnels tailored for B2B and D2C segments.
  • Drive lead generation and brand awareness campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and report performance of campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO, including keyword research, technical audits, and backlink generation.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing creatives and copy.
  • Track trends and competitor strategies to recommend improvements.
  • Maintain campaign dashboards and report KPIs to internal stakeholders weekly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a proven track record.
  • Experience managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and backlink strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Meta/LinkedIn campaign managers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with or for a consulting firm or marketing agency will be a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Google Ads Certification, HubSpot/Meta Blueprint, or similar credentials are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing tools, automation platforms, and CRM is desirable.
