We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing and Operations Intern to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, website development, calendar management, event planning, and lead generation efforts. This is a remote position with occasional in-person meetings.

We are looking for passionate people with love for creativity and learning. Ample time and support will be provided for learning and competency development.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

-Manage and update the company website, ensuring it is dynamic, interactive, user-friendly, and up-to-date with relevant content.

-Optimize the website for SEO to drive traffic, improve ranking, and enhance user experience.

-Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and promotions.

-Generate and manage leads through various digital channels.

-Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for the team.

-Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives.

-Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

-Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and website development.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's degree

- Work independently and with integrity

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Awareness or experience in social media marketing, website development, and lead generation

- Awareness or experience in website development tools such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace
