Digital Marketing and AI DXR

Job Title

Manages the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, in alignment with marketing and business objectives, including website development, landing page optimization, and omni-channel campaign orchestration to enhance digital presence and performance.

Improves digital consumer experiences across channels, collaborating with stakeholders to implement targeted improvements in web, mobile, and e-commerce touchpoints, embedding AI-driven personalization where relevant to increase engagement and satisfaction.

Manages digital commerce initiatives, ensuring tasks align with business objectives, KPIs, and timelines, while optimizing content, checkout flows, and digital journeys to drive conversion and loyalty.

Performs analysis of digital metrics, integrating traditional analytics with AI-powered insights (predictive modeling, customer journey analytics) to inform decision-making and improve digital and e-commerce outcomes.

Leads data-driven analyses of consumer behavior, tests, and campaign results, using insights to adjust strategies in real time, feed into new plans, and identify opportunities for scaling digital best practices.

Prepares and delivers reports on digital marketing performance, building dashboards and storytelling insights that guide leadership decision-making and investment prioritization.

Collaborates effectively with team members and cross-functional partners, streamlining processes, organizing digital assets and campaign workflows, and ensuring efficient execution across global and regional teams.

Stays ahead of digital marketing and AI trends, translating emerging technologies, platforms, and best practices into pilots and scalable programs that deliver competitive advantage and measurable business results.

Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Digital Merchandising, Online Content Strategy or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.
