Job Description

As a Search Engine Marketing/SEM Specialist/Social media expert, your core responsibilities will include identifying new trends in Digital Marketing, evaluating new technologies, creating top-notch UI/UX and corporate and brand website content. You will be responsible for ensuring that the brand is at the forefront through SEO/SEM allied tools. Your role will involve creating all digital assets that contribute to brand aesthetics, brand experience, online booking ease, and tools for navigation of content. Driving this channel as a primary lead generator and a business contributor will be crucial, with a sharp focus on technology governing content creation and tooling. You will conceptualize and implement campaigns on digital channels including Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media. Additionally, creating and maintaining dashboards to evaluate lead generation, business metrics, CTR/CPC/CPW/CPB will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will measure and report the performance of all Digital Marketing campaigns, quality of leads, closures on leads, and revenue generated through digital channels. Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies, planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests will be part of your daily tasks. Utilizing your strong analytical ability, you will evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners, evaluating emerging technologies, providing thought leadership, and perspective for adoption where appropriate will be essential. You will closely work with sales and presales for monitoring leads and collecting feedback on the quality of interactions. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions based on accurate and timely data analysis. Being adaptable to a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment, demonstrating the ability to work with different teams, and having a hands-on collaborative working style is a must. An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation, as well as the ability to positively influence stakeholders and develop teams, are qualities we value in a candidate. Qualifications: - MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute - 4 to 6 years of work experience in driving sales through Digital Marketing with B2B, B2C companies - Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences - Ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Skills Required: - Digital Marketing - Google Adwords - Web Analytics - Google Analytics - Facebook Marketing - Search Engine Optimization (SEO),
