Digital Marketer

We are hiring an experienced Digital Marketer to run high-performing lead-generation campaigns. You will plan,
execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns for our real estate projects. Requirements/Qualifications:

• Targeting & Budgeting: Set audience targeting, daily budgets, and bidding strategies; control CPL and ROI.
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Create and manage Google Search/Display/YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and WhatsApp ad campaigns focused on quality leads.
• Tracking & Analytics: Set up GA4/UTM tracking, manage conversion events via Google Tag Manager, and ensure accurate lead attribution.
• Creatives & Landing Pages: Coordinate ad copies, creatives, and landing pages with design/content teams; run A/B tests.
• Lead Quality & Handover: Improve lead quality, enable remarketing, and coordinate with Sales/CRM for faster follow-ups.
• Reporting: Share daily/weekly dashboards with CPL, CTR, CVR, and key insights; suggest actions to improve results.
• Compliance: Follow platform policies and maintain brand guidelines across all campaigns.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitor ads and trends; suggest new opportunities (lookalikes, custom audiences, YouTube shorts, etc.).

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 34 years in performance marketing; Real Estate experience is mandatory.
• Ad Platforms: Hands-on with Google Ads + Meta Ads + WhatsApp Ads (lead gen, remarketing, custom/lookalike audiences).
• Tools: Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, basic Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM integrations (LeadSquared/Zoho/Salesforce) is a plus.
• Skills: Strong copy sense, targeting, budgeting, and optimization; clear communication and teamwork.
