Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketer cum Graphic Designer who can handle both digital marketing execution and creative design work. The ideal candidate should be skilled in running ad campaigns, managing social media, and designing visually appealing creatives for online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Create and manage lead generation campaigns
• Analyze ad performance and generate performance reports
• Handle basic SEO and website content updates
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and conversions

Graphic Designing

• Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, posters, and reels
• Create marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and promotional creatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs
• Edit short promotional videos/reels (basic level)

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects – optional)
• Good understanding of branding and design aesthetics
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling multiple clients or brands
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
• Creative mindset with marketing thinking

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
