Job Summary:

AID Education is looking for a creative and performance-oriented Digital Marketer cum Graphic Designer to lead our online presence and visual branding. The ideal candidate will manage social media, run campaigns, and design creative content for promotions and academic programs. This is a full-time onsite role based in Malappuram, open to candidates with proven experience in EdTech or educational sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
• Design posters, banners, reels, and video thumbnails for academic promotions
• Handle daily social media content planning, posting, and engagement
• Work with academic and admissions teams to align campaigns with marketing goals
• Create performance reports and improve campaign ROI
• Ensure consistent brand aesthetics across digital assets

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design (EdTech preferred)
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and basic video editing
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks

Salary:

- ₹12,000 – ₹19,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
