Digital Marketer

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing and SEO Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our digital marketing and SEO strategies to ensure the organization’s online presence and reputation are optimized. This role combines technical expertise with creative marketing strategies to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy and Implementation

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content strategy.
• Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues such as page load speed, mobile usability, and crawl errors.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics to measure success.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms.
• Develop content strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure and report on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Content Creation and Management

• Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
• Implement content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
• Ensure all content follows branding guidelines and maintains a consistent voice.

Technical Skills and Development

• Collaborate with developers to implement necessary technical SEO improvements.
• Optimize website structure, metadata, and internal linking for SEO performance.
• Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to enhance website functionality and UX for better engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
