Job Title: Digital Marketer (Instagram, Google Ads & Website Optimization)

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to lead our Instagram strategy, manage targeted ad campaigns, and enhance our website performance to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage engaging content strategies for Instagram, including scheduling, community engagement, and growth initiatives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms to drive traffic and conversions.
• Manage website performance and functionality, ensuring SEO best practices, speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and improved user experience.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across platforms and deliver actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in Instagram marketing, Google Ads, and website optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and content scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
