Digital Library Manager

As a Digital Library Manager at Department of Lore and Memesys Studios, founded by filmmaker Anand Gandhi and game designer Zain Memon, you will play a pivotal role in bringing clarity and efficiency to the digital ecosystem of the company. Your love for order, tech-savviness, methodical approach, and attention to detail will be key in transforming a decades worth of files into a clean, searchable, and well-structured archive. Your responsibilities will include: - Auditing and documenting the current storage of files across various cloud platforms. - Reorganizing, renaming, and streamlining digital storage to enhance clarity and ease of use. - Developing and enforcing naming conventions, folder structures, and version control systems. - Supporting team members in consistent file saving, sharing, and retrieval. - Maintaining and updating the storage structure to adapt to new projects and formats. - Serving as the primary point of contact for file organization and storage hygiene queries. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in any field, with preference for Design or Film Studies. - Minimum of 1 year of experience managing digital assets within a team or organization. - Basic understanding of data structures or IT systems (preferred but not required). - Experience working in creative, media, or production environments.
