This role is perfect for someone who's part strategist, part content nerd, and part curious human. You'll work closely with leadership to shape creative campaigns, brand narratives, and integrated digital solutions across social, content, commerce, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Chief Officer in building digital-first strategies for brands across categories
• Research platform trends (IG, YouTube, TikTok/shorts, X, Reddit, Pinterest) and distill them into actionable insights
• Craft content ideas that span short-form video, carousels, influencer hooks, IPs, and branded series
• Assist in building pitch decks, campaign presentations, trend reports, and POV documents
• Collaborate with creative, media, and influencer teams to align strategy with execution
• Play with new-age tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, Notion, AI-enabled design, and more
• Monitor digital culture, memes, community trends, and help identify the next big moment for our brands
• Help conceptualize and co-create content for Infectious own thought leadership and brand presence

What We're Looking For

• 4+years of experience in digital strategy, branded content, or digital marketing
• Excellent writing and deck-making skillsstorytelling is everything
• Curiosity about tech + culture: AI, creator economy, microdramas, new formats
• Comfortable working across industries and adapting tone/ideas accordingly
• Loves Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and keeps an eye on Twitter, Discord, Reddit
• Understands both sides: brand value

• Run or contributed to a content-led Instagram/TikTok/YouTube channel
