Description
Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful completion of infrastructure projects. Ensuring quality testing for infrastructure changes by leveraging automated testing tools and maintaining strict quality standards . Coordinating test execution for infrastructure changes, focusing on minimizing application impacts. Using your analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and manage defects during patching , upgrades , and deployment processes. Supporting service management practices using tools like BMC Remedy , ServiceNow , and Jira for incident, problem, change, and release management. Acting as a bridge between the application team and change team to address issues during infrastructure changes. Mandatory Skills : Test Lifecycle Experience : Proven experience in delivering high-quality infrastructure changes (e.g., test planning, test execution, defect management). Patching and Upgrades : Experience with patching, upgrades, and deployment into different environments (Dev/Test/UAT/Prod). Infrastructure Knowledge : Strong understanding of Citrix VDI , VPN , Azure Cloud , MFA , Windows upgrade/patching, O365 , and networking (LAN/WAN) . ITIL Service Management : Experience with ITIL practices, particularly in incident, problem, change, release management, and CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow , BMC Remedy ). Agile Methodology : Familiarity with Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Azure and Jira . Technical Tools : Proficiency in Excel , PowerPoint , SharePoint , ServiceNow , and Jira . Desired Skills : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to understand infrastructure changes and coordinate with both testing teams and application support teams . Experience in resolving issues related to infrastructure changes and providing ongoing support. Domain : Banking
