Digital Growth & Operations Manager

You will ensure movement, follow-through, tracking, and accountability across multiple vendors, platforms, and teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agency & Freelancer Coordination

• Track SEO, website, content, automation deliverables
• Ensure timelines, follow-ups, and execution quality
• Act as the primary coordination point between the team and external partners

2. LinkedIn, DM & Organic Lead Operations

• Track daily inbound DMs, replies, and comments
• Run timely follow-ups and maintain warm lead tagging
• Ensure no lead leakage across any channel

3. Discovery Call & Pipeline Monitoring

• Track bookings, reminders, and no-shows
• Maintain structured updates after every discovery call
• Move qualified leads into the closer pipeline

4. Website, Google & SEO Tracking

• Weekly tracking of GSC, GA, and traffic data
• Coordinate blog publishing, keyword updates, and tech fixes with agencies

5. Data, KPIs & Reporting

• Maintain the Lead Master Sheet and Growth Dashboard
• Produce weekly reports covering leads, calls, traffic, and conversion metrics

6. AI & Automation Support

• Use tools like Chat GPT for templates, summaries, and process support
• Assist with CRM improvements and automation workflows

• Strong written English and confidence with Google Sheets
