Digital Engineering R&D Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and supporting the execution of transformations/improvements in PLM Programs for clients. Your role will involve building and growing the Engineering and R&D Digitization team. As a Consultant in Engineering and R&D Digitization, you will work closely with leadership to define and deliver in the areas of PLM Enablement, BOM Management, Master Data Management, and Digital Twin & Thread. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for clients. - Lead and Curate relevant assets and offerings in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management, Digital Twin and Thread areas. Develop and execute Go To Market strategies for these offerings along with Leadership. - Possess an in-depth understanding of Product Data Management and be able to drive the Product Journey. Define PLM Roadmap, Process Design, Value Realization, and PLM Maturity Assessment areas. - Have experience in Master/Material Data Management and Data Migration Tools and solutions that meet clients" needs innovatively. - Enable transformation in R&D utilizing SAP PLM capabilities by creating business processes for Package/Product design, Bill of Material Management, Engineering Change Management, Product Research, Simulations, Prototyping, Product Testing (qualitative & quantitative), and supplier integration. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business Process Consulting. - Educational Qualification: Engineering & MBA Preferred.,
