Experience: 25 Years (Construction Planning/ Site Experience Required)Location: Chennai and Project site locationsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Description:We are seeking dynamic Civil Engineers with 25 years of hands-on experience in construction site execution, who are passionate about leveraging technology to drive digital transformation in the construction industry.Key Responsibilities:* Apply in-depth knowledge of construction workflows and site execution to support digital initiatives* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to digitise on-site processes, including planning, monitoring, reporting, and quality control* Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to the design and implementation of digital solutions* Provide field-level insights to help shape user-friendly tech tools for construction managementRequirements:* B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering* 25 years of site execution experience on construction projects* Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and quality standards* Interest in technology, with a learning mindset towards digital tools and platforms (e.g., BIM, project management software, IoT, mobile apps)* Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile, tech-driven teamsPreferred:* Exposure to digital construction tools or initiatives* Experience in lean construction, process improvement, or tech-enabled project delivery
