Job Description

We are hiring a Digital Engagement Specialist Who understands Gen Z behavior, can write scroll- stopping ad copy, design compelling creatives, and manage high-converting paid ad campaigns on Instragram and Facebook,

You will own the entire funnel from ad ideation to lead generation with data-driven decision-making and creativity combined.

Role & Responsibilities:

Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media, website, and email campaigns.
Plan and execute digital campaigns to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
Manage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
Track, analyze, and report digital engagement metrics using analytics tools.
Monitor industry trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize strategy.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for campaign execution.
Coordinate and support online events, webinars, and live sessions.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with platform guidelines.
Engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates for collaboration opportunities.
Suggest and implement new strategies to improve audience interaction and retention.
