Job Description: As a Digital Customer Specialist at mPokket Financial Services Private Limited, you will be an integral part of our mobile app based lending platform, catering specifically to college students in India. With zero physical interface, our technology-driven processes ensure seamless onboarding, risk assessment, fund disbursement, and collection from users. We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our users, addressing their queries related to our products and services. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high service standards, ensuring user satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will represent mPokket and interact with users, leveraging our technology interface to facilitate user onboarding, risk assessment, and fund transactions. Requirements: - Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree - Experience range: 0 to 3 years in relevant field - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali; knowledge of regional languages like Tamil and Telugu will be an advantage - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and flexible shift timings from 9 AM to 9 PM (9-hour shift pattern) Salary: INR 10,000 to 12,000 Take Home with ESI benefits If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, you can attend the walk-in interview at the following address: mPokket Financial Services Pvt.
