Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated young individuals with good communication skills to join our team as Digital Customer Specialist. DCSs are required to manage our users by answering product and service related questions to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high user satisfaction. OEs will be the voice of mPokket interacting with our users, to solve product and service issues. Based on the skills, the selected candidate will be placed with our internal processes. Using our technology interface Digital Customer Specialist will be responsible to onboard users, assess risk, disburse and collect funds. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
