Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop creative strategies for marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with the design, content, and client servicing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform creative direction.
• Present and pitch creative concepts to clients.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging creative technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in creative strategy or marketing roles
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Creative thinker with an analytical mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and basic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
