Job Summary

We are looking for a Content Moderator who is not only detail-oriented in reviewing and ensuring content compliance but also highly creative in developing blogs, social media posts, posters, presentations (PPTs), and other digital content. The ideal candidate will combine moderation expertise with strong storytelling, design, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Create engaging and original content including blogs, articles, case studies, newsletters, and marketing copies.

Design posters, infographics, and social media creatives aligned with branding and campaigns.

Develop professional and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for internal and external use.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain content quality and consistency.

Stay updated on industry trends to ensure fresh and innovative content ideas.

Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and audience engagement.

Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging across all communication channels.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

Proven experience in content moderation and content creation.

Excellent writing and editing skills with strong grammar and creativity.

Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar tools).

Strong knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
