What would you do?
Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design
Defines clear, reasonable project goals for team members.Ensures alignment of scope and objectives to stakeholder expectations.Assists in design of surveys, preparation and conduct of interviews, and planning and facilitation of focus groupsProactively shares leading ideas and relevant research with clients in support of their business modelManages the expectations of the audience by outlining the agenda and expectations clearlyCreates communication plans for the team to develop the desired objective in a clear and a concise messageBuilds credibility through sharing knowledge, insights and expertiseRespects and values other perspectives who have different styles and cultural backgroundsStrong Knowledge in mobile and tables layoutsCreate or customize JS modules into websitesAdvance knowledge in JS libraries, components, best practices and standardsKnowledge in JS optimizationAt least 5 years of proven experience working with software developers and project teamsAt least 3 years of proven experience writing and executing test scriptsExperience running manual and automated testsExperience analyzing business requirements and performing different types of testing:stress, performance, functional, end-to-end testingExperience testing in different environments including web, mobile and responsive sitesExperience writing bug reports and providing objective feedback to software developersExperience designing tests to identify and mitigate risksAbility to work on multiple projects at the same time
What are we looking for?
Build websites and applications using Drupal content management systemDesign and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using Drupal CMSDiagnose and solve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalizationWork in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environmentTranslate business requirements into Drupal CMS specific implementation specificationsDesign and improve internal development methodologiesCandidate must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standardsThe position requires constant communication with colleaguesDevelop complex website architecture and structure from scratchCreate advanced XHTML static and dynamic, structures and templatesHTML 4.0, XHTML and HTML5 understanding of semantic web and best practicesIntegrate XHTML pages and modules with a server-side structuresDevelop CSS3style sheets, for a specific page and for an entire site equallyStrong knowledge in best practicesKnowledge in how to create CSS3 based themesKnowledge in concepts like pixel perfect, cross-browsing
