Digital Content Creator

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Designer to help shape and strengthen our brand’s visual identity. This person will design and manage all brand materials — from logos and catalogues to digital content for social media — and contribute to building a consistent, impactful visual presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop key brand assets such as logos, business cards, packaging, and catalogues.
• Create visually engaging digital content for LinkedIn and Instagram (posts, stories, reels, and ads).
• Support in planning and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic and communication style.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to design marketing materials, presentations, and campaign creatives.
• Help design and structure a basic website (layout, visuals, and content flow) using platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress.
• Manage and organize brand assets, ensuring all output aligns with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on digital design trends, social media formats, and emerging tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation.
• Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva / Figma.
• Understanding of social media content formats and storytelling.
• Basic familiarity with website design platforms (Wix, WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Eye for aesthetics, layout, and color harmony.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualities:

• Interest in brand-building and marketing communication.
• Video editing, motion graphics, or photography skills are a plus.
• Creative thinker with initiative and ownership over design output.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
