About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Designer to help shape and strengthen our brand’s visual identity. This person will design and manage all brand materials — from logos and catalogues to digital content for social media — and contribute to building a consistent, impactful visual presence across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop key brand assets such as logos, business cards, packaging, and catalogues. Create visually engaging digital content for LinkedIn and Instagram (posts, stories, reels, and ads). Support in planning and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic and communication style. Collaborate with the leadership team to design marketing materials, presentations, and campaign creatives. Help design and structure a basic website (layout, visuals, and content flow) using platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress. Manage and organize brand assets, ensuring all output aligns with brand guidelines. Stay updated on digital design trends, social media formats, and emerging tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation. Strong command of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Canva / Figma. Understanding of social media content formats and storytelling. Basic familiarity with website design platforms (Wix, WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Eye for aesthetics, layout, and color harmony. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualities: Interest in brand-building and marketing communication. Video editing, motion graphics, or photography skills are a plus. Creative thinker with initiative and ownership over design output.
