Senior Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality creative assets including: Menus, flyers, signage, Social media posts (static and video)
Create, plan, and post content on: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
Develop content strategies using: Original creative ideas & Content provided by management
Write captions and hashtags aligned with nightlife and hospitality marketing
Post approved content and manage publishing schedules
Respond professionally to social media messages and reviews
Assist with generating positive reviews and reputation management
Optimize content for SEO and organic visibility
Keep Google, Yelp, and other listing platforms accurate and current
Maintain a clean, upscale design style aligned with brand standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop
(mandatory)
Experience with
Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
preferred
Proven experience designing for nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment brands
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content formats
Ability to create both static and short-form video content
Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
