Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, creating, and posting engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter (X) to help us expand our outreach across all Indian states and districts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create daily content: short reels, videos, graphics, banners, and captions
• Manage posting schedules and platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter
• Optimize content for engagement, visibility, and reach
• Stay updated with trending formats and social media algorithms
• Respond to comments/messages and manage engagement
• Coordinate with internal team for content planning and strategy

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation & digital marketing
• Proficient with Canva, CapCut, InShot, or Adobe tools
• Basic video shooting & editing skills
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Knowledge of regional languages is a plus
• Understanding of social media metrics and platform trends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or certification in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or similar fields
• Portfolio of past reels/posts/videos

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
