1. YouTube Management and Video Editing
• Edit and manage long-form YouTube videos (lessons, tutorials, explainer videos)
• Create short-form content like Reels and Shorts from educational videos
• Add professional subtitles, transitions, thumbnails, SEO titles, and descriptions
• Grow the YouTube channel visibility organically
2. Social Media Management
• Handle and grow official pages on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and more
• Manage the LinkedIn account professionally, including:
• Creating educational and promotional posts for LinkedIn
• Managing engagement (likes, comments, shares)
• Increasing profile visibility and brand presence among parents, students, and education professionals
• Build and execute monthly content calendars across all platforms
• Drive consistent audience engagement and follower growth
3. Paid Ad Campaigns & Digital Marketing
• Plan and run effective Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
• Define target audiences and optimize ads for lead generation
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust for better reach and conversions
4. Research & Trend Analysis
• Stay updated with the latest education industry trends, student apps, and teaching innovations
• Suggest new tools, strategies, and content formats for better reach and engagement
• Present monthly research updates and new ideas to the founder
5. Broader Digital Presence
• Help set up and manage Telegram channels, Quora presence, Google My Business listing, etc.
• Identify new platforms for expansion based on student behavior and trends
Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in:
• YouTube content creation and management
• Social media marketing and engagement, especially Instagram and LinkedIn,Manage campaigns on LinkedIn & YouTube
• Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
• Video editing using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Pro,Edit videos, audio & process visuals
• Strong English communication and content writing skills
• Ability to think creatively, edit professionally, and manage brand voice
• Passion for education, technology, and student engagement
Nice to Have:
• Past experience working in an edtech company or education-focused startup
• Knowledge of SEO, blogging, or website content management
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma)
