Digital Channel Analyst

The position of Digital Channel Analyst at Deutsche Bank International Bank, within the Global Marketing team based in Mumbai, India, involves close collaboration with content and web design leads from the central marketing team and external agencies. Your primary responsibility will be to work with the global head of content in implementing text edits on the website. You will act as a coordinator and project manager, overseeing work requests from editors. As a web content manager, you will ensure that all online content is published in a manner that caters to user preferences, especially considering that 50% of user traffic comes from mobile devices. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping all content up to date and accurate while coordinating with compliance. The content management scope includes general web pages, images, videos, thematic articles, product information, and marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities associated with this role include managing content publishing requests from the Editorial team, building new page content or amending existing content using Adobe Experience Manager, conducting content audits, performing user acceptance testing of new components during release cycles, producing website maps and visualizations, providing recommendations for an optimal digital experience, developing user guides and policies related to web content, and implementing manual HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code onto the website. The ideal candidate for this role would have 2+ years of experience using Adobe Experience Manager and a detailed understanding of SEO content principles. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop image compression and resizing, basic/intermediate level knowledge of HTML/CSS code, and an understanding of the creative process associated with html content building are essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in the banking sector are preferred qualifications.
