Role Overview: You will collaborate with production, supply chain, quality, planning, and other cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Your role will involve translating business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams. Additionally, you will be managing IT projects using waterfall or agile methodologies and ensuring an understanding of SDLC. You will also be responsible for dealing with software vendors, supporting system development, and assisting in the implementation and integration of enterprise systems like SAP, ERP-LN, or other legacy systems. Conducting gap analysis and recommending process improvements or automation opportunities will be part of your key responsibilities. Moreover, you will be developing reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, downtime, and quality. User acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities will also form part of your duties. Ensuring data integrity and compliance with IT and cybersecurity standards, as well as wireframing and prototyping using various tools to enhance UI/UX experience, will be crucial aspects of your role.
