Digital B2B Sales Officer (Ecommerce)

Identify and generate B2B leads through online platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, WhatsApp Business, and Email Marketing. Promote and sell our range of household products (cleaning products, kitchenware, utility items, home improvement items, etc.) to retailers, wholesalers, supermarket chains, and bulk buyers. Create and manage enquiry responses on B2B portals. Conduct daily outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media to convert enquiries into confirmed sales. Maintain and update CRM records, follow-ups, quotations, and pricing negotiations. Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Profile Requirements 1–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales / digital sales / tele-sales / B2B portals preferred (Fresher with strong communication skills can also apply). Experience in selling FMCG / household / consumer goods is an advantage. Comfortable working with MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and online portals. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Understanding of Indian B2B distribution channels is a plus. Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage
