About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and creatively-driven Digital Artists/Illustrators who will play an integral role in generating visually impactful images for our micro-drama video shows. This role is dedicated to generating high-quality images through "Studio," our internal AI image generation tool.

Role: Digital Artist

Type: 3-6 months contract

Experience: 1-5 yrs of experience

Interview Process: Assignment+ interviews

Location: Bangalore- in office + 6 days

Job Responsibilities
● Generate aesthetically strong and narratively coherent visuals based on provided scripts, exclusively using Dashtoon’s internal AI tool, Studio.
● Maintain consistency across generated images according to specific guidelines, aesthetics, and styles defined by creative direction.● Act upon feedback from creative teams to ensure the image aligns accurately with the project vision.● Ensure timely submission of all assigned tasks, meeting the expected quality standards consistently.

Skills & Qualifications
● Strong artistic sensibility, including a keen eye for composition and visual storytelling.
● Passionate about storytelling through visual media, with the ability to interpret scripts or narrative briefs visually.● Comfortable working exclusively within an AI generation environment. Prior familiarity with AI image generation tools is beneficial but not mandatory.● Flexibility and adaptability in quickly learning and mastering our internal AI image generation tool, Studio.● A proactive attitude and ability to integrate feedback constructively.

Educational Background
● An Art Portfolio is mandatory
● Bachelor's in Arts / Fine Arts / Animation is good to have

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3- 6 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
