Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, display networks, and other relevant platforms to meet business goals.
  • Create innovative ad strategies and campaign ideas, including concepts for reels, short-form videos, and social media campaigns.
  • Act as a camera-friendly spokesperson/performer for reels, explainer videos, and engaging ad content.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to brief and guide the creation of eye-catching ad creatives, static banners, and video content.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, engagement rates) and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage and optimize company websites and landing pages for ad campaigns (SEO, speed optimization, and conversions).
  • Work closely with the content and design team to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, especially in performance marketing, creative ad formats, and social media innovations.
  • Support broader digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and remarketing strategies.
  • Troubleshoot pixel issues, event mismatches, and attribution discrepancies, ensuring smooth integration between ad platforms and websites.
  • Work with developers/the WordPress team for website integration of tracking codes, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in running successful digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, Display, Video Ads).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword targeting, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Page Speed Insights, Semrush, Screaming Frog).
  • Familiarity with WordPress and website performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and the confidence to present in front of the camera.
  • A creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team.

Skills Required:

  • Paid Ads Expertise: Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, Display Advertising.
  • SEO & SEM Tools: Semrush, Screaming Frog, Keyword Analysis, Backlinking, iwebchck, Page Speed Insights.
  • Content & Creative: Ad copywriting, Blog Writing, Social Media Marketing, Online Branding.
  • Platforms & Tools: Google Analytics, WordPress, Email/SMS/WhatsApp Marketing.
  • Creative Collaboration: Ability to ideate and guide graphic designers & video editors.
  • On-Camera Presence: Comfortable acting, presenting, or ideating social media reels and ad content.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
