As a Digital Ads & Growth Specialist at Mai Labs, you will be part of a team that is building a new digital infrastructure layer, focusing on web 3.0 technology. Your role will involve managing high-impact ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube ecosystems to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. Here's what you can expect in this role: Role Overview: You will design and execute high-performance ad campaigns, optimize ad creatives, copy, and placement strategy, and manage budgets with a focus on ROI. Collaboration with content creators and design teams to develop engaging ad assets aligned with Web3 brand narratives will be a key part of your responsibilities. Tracking and reporting key ad metrics to improve campaign impact, staying informed about platform updates, audience behavior shifts, and Web3 community engagement patterns will also be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute high-performance ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and YouTube ecosystems - Optimize ad creatives, copy, and placement strategy using real-time performance data and A/B testing techniques - Manage budgets and bidding strategies with a focus on ROI and cost-efficiency across multiple geographies - Collaborate with content creators and design teams to develop engaging ad assets aligned with Web3 brand narratives - Track and report key ad metrics to improve campaign impact - Stay informed about platform updates, audience behavior shifts, and Web3 community engagement patterns Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube - Strong command of ad platforms, targeting strategies, and conversion tracking tools - Demonstrated ability to create performance-oriented creatives in collaboration with content/design teams - Web3, blockchain, or crypto marketing experience is a strong plus - Analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into actionable marketing decisions If you resonate with our cultural expectations of thriving in decision making, exhibiting exceptional integrity and reliability, being collaborative and inclusive, and having an outcome-driven thinking, we would love to have a discussion with you.
