Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and identify target audiences for maximum engagement.
• Optimize campaigns for ROI, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maximizing results.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments based on data insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad content including banners, copy, and videos.
• Use A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and landing pages.
• Generate campaign performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of PPC, CPM, and CPC models.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
