Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manager - Web Performance located in Gurugram. The Senior Manager will oversee the web performance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, optimized web experiences. Responsibilities include managing web analytics, leading web development projects, overseeing web design processes, and maintaining content management systems. Additionally, the role involves strategic project management to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of web projects. Job Designation: Client Servicing Executive Location: Gurgaon | Work from Office Experience: 1+ Years Key Responsibilities: Understanding the various aspects of Digital Advertising including Google, Facebook, DSP, Affiliates, Email, SMS, WhatsApp etc. Providing recommendations on suitable Ad formats & advertising mediums as per the client’s marketing objectives. Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients. Making sure the client is retained month on month and opening various cross sell opportunities. Conducting through research on potential clients' products or services before pitching them for Digital Advertising services. Setting up meetings with clients to present advertising proposals, build connections and address their concerns. Assisting the marketing team in the preparation of media kits and promotional plans Attending sales meetings, trade shows, and training workshops as required Liaising with different departments about client queries. Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems requests and troubleshooting problems Stay Up to date with the latest digital marketing Trends. Effectively manage client campaigns, ensuring they’re delivered on time, to a high standard & communicating with internal teams wherever necessary. Analyzing client reports and using logical thinking to make sure the campaign is delivered as per the required KPI and terms. Risk analysis of the campaign and making sure that validation and billing is closed on time by 15th of the corresponding month. Following and keeping track of payments for the first 30 days from payment term with the help of finance team. Making sure IO or RO are updated before the end date.
