Dietitian - Wellness Advisor

As a Dietician / Wellness Associate at Train Rex, a preventive wellness company dedicated to simplifying fitness for busy individuals and families, your role involves engaging with customers and providing fitness support. You will work both on-ground and in the office at KM Trade Towers, Near Radisson Blu Kaushambi. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Engagement & Sales Support - Call and interact with new leads from events, referrals, and campaigns. - Explain the 21-Day Challenge, fitness plans, and answer basic fitness/nutrition questions. - Guide prospects preliminarily and then connect them with senior trainers/dieticians. - On-Ground Activation - Represent Train Rex at society complexes, events, and wellness activations. - Manage permissions with RWAs, coordinate stalls, and handle customer walk-ins. - Be the first point of contact for participants at community events. - Fitness/Nutrition Support - Provide basic guidance on diet & exercise (e.g., daily steps, healthy swaps, workout tips). - Build trust with participants by being approachable and knowledgeable. - Escalate detailed queries to expert PTs/dieticians. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Nutrition, Dietetics, Sports Science, or Physical Education (2024/2025 pass-outs welcome). - Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English + Hindi). - Passionate about fitness, health, and wellness. - Comfortable with on-ground work (society visits, events, local marketing). - Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to grow with a fast-paced startup.,
