Brief about the team:

Customer Service is part of the customer support team of TATA 1mg. The team is to help the customer support team to give a remarkable experience to the customers. Customer support is a team of people who provide help when customers have trouble with a company's products or services. It's ultimately about making sure customers are successful in solving whatever issues they came to your business to help solve.

What will you do:

• Monitoring dietary intake of the clients for the smooth functioning of their weight loss program
• Prescribe diet according to their requirement considering their eating habits, likes and dislikes, and lifestyle
• Evaluating strengths and weaknesses of clients, considering their medical conditions, recording the progression through program stages, and recommending/ implementing protocol or program changes as required
• Managing/ Moderating group coaching on video calls, audio call by motivating clients towards fitness and forming fitness goal
• Converting potential clients to premium clients and also client retention
• Analyzing patients' health status
• Creating VLCD diet options for advanced package
• Responsible for end to end customer data and consultation scheduling management

What we are looking for:

• 1 year+ preferably in private practice, hospital or online consulting set-up.
• Comfortable with the day shift 11 am to 8pm monday-saturday.
• Nutrition Management Monitoring and Excel sheet navigation
