As a Die Maker at ARMSTRONG WIRES AND ENGINEERS PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in creating, repairing, and maintaining dies used in the production process. Your responsibilities will include reading and interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating machine tools, inspecting completed dies, and maintaining accurate records of your work. Your precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. Additionally, having knowledge of power press will be advantageous for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Create, repair, and maintain dies used in the production process - Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately - Set up and operate machine tools and equipment efficiently - Inspect completed dies to ensure they meet quality standards - Maintain detailed records of all work done - Troubleshoot and solve problems that may arise during the die-making process Qualifications Required: - Experience in die making, including creating, repairing, and maintaining dies - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings - Operational skills with machine tools and equipment - Strong attention to detail and precision in work - Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities - Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Relevant technical certification or diploma in tool and die making is preferred - Prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus,
