Role & responsibilities Design Software (Catia, autocad, etc.),Simulation software for Dies -Pam stamp or Autoform or any other, Knowledge of Part material, Die material (Castings & Die Steel), Experience in Automotive Sheet Metal Dies.,Good Drawing Reading,Good Practical knowledge of Catia,Draw surface,Part Stage modeling & Part setup,Casting Dies (Draw,Form,Cutting,Cam) & Plate type Dies,Progressive Dies, Knowledge of autocad software & Catia 2D Drafting,Creates BOM, Creates and maintain documentation, 5S Knowledge,Calculation of Draw Force, Cutting force & Forming force Sheet metal Dies Process knowledge. Preferred candidate profile Experience in Automotive Sheet Metal Dies.Good Drawing Reading,Good Practical knowledge of Catia,Draw surface,Part Stage modeling & Part setup,Casting Dies (Draw,Form,Cutting,Cam) & Plate type Dies,Progressive Dies, Knowledge of autocad software & Catia 2D Drafting Perks and Benefits At Par industry , Matches to Suitable skill and Knowledge
