Work Profile • Candidate should be well conversant with international pressure vessel codes and standards like ASME, EN, ISO, API, etc. • Design exposure with cryogenic / LNG / pressure vessels / heat exchangers/ vaporizers • Fully conversant with materials used for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and storage tanks • Thorough knowledge in preparing design calculation through manual / Compress / PV-elite software • Should be able to generate P&ID, apt in selection of valves and pumps • Conceptual knowledge in 2D AutoCAD and 3D model Responsibility • Design and Development: Develop innovative and efficient designs for various static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and columns. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations while performing design calculations and creating engineering drawings. • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, during the fabrication and assembly process of static equipment. • Design Documentation: Prepare comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications, calculations, and drawings, adhering to internal and external requirements. • Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and failure mode analysis to identify potential design flaws or vulnerabilities and propose suitable mitigation measures. • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects while adhering to project timelines and budgets. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to static equipment design. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design efficiency and quality. • Quality Assurance: Participate in design reviews, inspections, and quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the design process.
Work Profile • Preparation of Instrument Specification / Data Sheets. • Preparation of Instrument Index. • Preparation of I/O list for DCS/PLC. • Preparation of Technical Procurement Specification. • Review and Comment of Vendor Drawings. • Preparation of BOM. • Technical Bid Evaluation of quotations and proposals and vendor Finalization • Preparation of Logic diagram and Loop diagram. • Preparation of the Cable Schedule & JB Schedule. • Preparation of Budgetary offers and obtaining quotes from vendors • Review and annotate P&ID diagrams. • Undertakes pre engineering site surveys in order to provide input information to facilitate detailed engineering. • Conducting FAT and SAT for Valves, Analyzer Panel, and Control Panel etc. • Worked with EPC Project Specification such as Saudi Aramco, Samsung Engineering, Technip, Air Product, Air Liquid, Tractable etc. • Hook-up drawings for field instruments, Instrument Location & Cable Routing diagram, Cable Tray Layout, Control Room Layout, JB location drawings, JB Termination Drawing, Cable Block Diagram, Instrument Loop schematic, Wiring diagrams. • Instrumentation commissioning of various instruments, start-up activities. • Instrumentation Erection at client sites. • Visit to client office and sites for KOM, HAZOP, Erection, & commissioning as per project requirement.
