Job Description

Job Responsibilities : Assess patients physical conditions to diagnose movement dysfunctions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on physical assessment and diagnosis. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, or heat/cold packs. Assist patients with rehabilitation programs to restore movement and function after injury, surgery, or illness. Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques for recovery and prevention of further injury. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Monitor progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Promote wellness and fitness through preventive care and health education. Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols during all procedures. Requirements Key Skills Required : Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess and diagnose physical conditions Skilled in manual therapy and use of physiotherapy equipment Patience, empathy, and motivational ability Record-keeping and report-writing skills Physical stamina and attention to detail Time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team
