Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, particularly in dialysis procedures, and excellent patient care skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Administer dialysis treatments under the direction of a registered nurse or nephrologist.
Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes during treatment.
Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Educate patients and their families on dialysis procedures and aftercare.
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.

Job Requirements

Completion of a BSc Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
At least 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting positive outcomes.
