As an IT Support Mini-jobber, your main responsibility will be providing on-site IT support every Monday. You will be tasked with maintaining applications and operating systems by offering maintenance and support services directly to users or through service provisioning functions. Additionally, your role will involve diagnostic troubleshooting, which includes collecting extensive diagnostic information, analyzing issues, and resolving problems related to end-user computers (EUC). Collaboration is also key as you will closely work with colleagues specializing in various areas such as database administration, network support, vendors, and third-party providers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a customer-oriented end-user support role, which may include positions like Helpdesk Technician, Desktop Support Specialist, or similar roles. Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level is a mandatory requirement.
