Collect and verify property details such as location, size, pricing, and legal status. Take photos/videos of properties and record accurate property information. Generate and report leads to the real estate manager or sales team. Assist in setting up site visits and coordinating with prospective buyers or tenants. Keep track of competitor activity and pricing trends in local real estate markets. Maintain daily activity reports and update lead databases.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP or IFRS. Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and tax reporting. Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory compliance (local, state, and federal). Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making. Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes. Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff. Improve and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
