DGM/GM - Investments (Equity)

As an Investment Analyst at AMPIN Energy, you will play a crucial role in the investment team focusing on renewable energy projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating financial models for solar, wind, and hybrid projects in the C&I and utility sectors, as well as strategic investments. - Managing the investment life cycle of projects and developing investment frameworks to maximize returns. - Presenting investment opportunities to international institutional investors and leading them through the investment process. - Conducting financial due diligence and analysis on potential projects to recommend investment decisions. - Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators to investors regularly. - Preparing financial documents like Information Memorandum and Prospectus for investor presentations. - Collaborating with external parties such as Investment banks, Syndicate Consultants, and Investment Consultants for deal flow and investment opportunities. - Efficiently deploying capital and structuring equity investments to optimize returns. Qualifications required for this role: - 7+ years of relevant experience in the renewable energy industry and equity transactions. - Full-time MBA in Finance from a reputable institution. - Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as RBI NBFC Framework and SEBI Regulations to ensure compliance. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Dedication to achieving excellence and maintaining accuracy in all tasks.,
