DGM/AGM Senior Analyst CEO Office

As an experienced professional with 12-14 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, your role at Adani will involve the following responsibilities: - Analyzing comprehensive business and financial models, creating presentations to support business & investment decisions, and strategic planning. - Overseeing post-project financial analysis, including cost management, revenue tracking, and profitability assessments. - Staying updated with industry trends, gathering market intelligence, and supporting decision-making. - Scheduling, organizing, and conducting meetings, preparing MOMs, and ensuring follow-ups on action items. - Coordinating with senior management and stakeholders, providing updates, and aligning tasks using tools like Microsoft Planner and MIS trackers. - Handling NFA approvals, conducting preassessment of NFAs, and working with the CEO to manage MIS trackers for departments. In addition to your technical skills in relevant software like MS Planner, Excel, and PowerPoint, your role will require strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. You should also have a thorough understanding of SOP/process in the industry and the ability to recommend and implement processes on projects. Non-negotiable skills for this role include being a BE or B Tech Civil or Mechanical from Premier Institutes, having financial acumen with Business Analytical skills, understanding SOP/process, and possessing good oral and written communication skills.
