DGM - OT Security

As an Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Leader at Agratas, a subsidiary of Tata Sons, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and resilience of our organization's operational technology systems. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in the OT security domain, you will lead the development and implementation of OT cybersecurity strategies, policies, and controls to protect our industrial control systems (ICS), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and other critical infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing OT cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements in India and the UK. You will conduct risk assessments of OT systems, design security controls and monitoring solutions, and lead incident response and recovery efforts in case of security incidents. Additionally, you will be responsible for raising awareness of OT cybersecurity risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing relationships with vendors and third-party providers, and designing OT security architectures. To be successful in this role, you must have extensive experience in OT cybersecurity, a strong understanding of OT protocols, standards, and technologies, and experience with risk assessment methodologies specific to OT environments. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and OT personnel. A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is required, while advanced degrees or relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 are preferred.
