• Role Profile- Automation Service Manager
• Years in Support or Service management Role- 5-10 years
• Total years of exp- 12-18 years
• JOB Description-
• The individual should be experienced in stakeholder management, Running the stakeholders with estate performance reviews covering various issues, incidents, problem records and change requests ongoing in their estate.
• Take up service improvements to bring value to business areas. Experienced in presenting, reporting to senior stakeholders, running triage calls during High severity incidents.
• Should have experience leading or working in application, infra support functions preferably RPA using UiPath or Blue prism etc.
• should be able to share instances of service improvements and related achievements. Should have worked meeting SLAs andKPIs
• Good to have:
• Current Automation technologies and trends in Automation(Understanding of AI & ML sciences)
• Knowhow around various Automation tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident mgmt. Problem and change mgmt.)
• Business trends in usage of automation technologies and tools.
