Job Responsibilities Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate staff, and maintain a visitor log. Communication: Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls, as well as handle mail, packages, and emails. Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and the schedules of teachers and management.
