Role & responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of various aspects of CI/CD practices: Infrastructure Automation, Application Build and Deployment Automation using various leading tools in the market including Hashicorp, Cloudbees, Atlassian products
• Strong and Must have experience with Jenkins, Ansible scripting, Groovy
• Strong experience in deploying application in Open Shift Container Platform
• Strong experience in scanning tools Sonarcube, Nexus, CyCode
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of Terraform/Ansible and all its services
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of GIT based products (GitHub, BitBucket) and corresponding version management, branching
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of Jenkins/Harness for building pipeline
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of monitoring tools like Prometheus/Grafana, EFK/ELK Stack, Dashboard creation etc
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of Docker/Kubernetes for managing container based images, security/vulnerability, their deployment via Kubernetes based services, Ingress Controller, DNS, networking management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Business Domain (FinTech) knowledge/experience is a plus
• Participate in engineering discussions ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment on any Cloud.
• Develop common CI/CD tools integration libraries
• Design and implement CI/CD pipeline (Pipeline as code)
• Setup Infrastructure and Application Monitoring using latest DevOps tools and methodologies
• CI/CD onboarding practice, Design Reference pipeline, Tools selection, Tools integration, CI/CD Programming standards
• Determine operational support and staffing for Delivery Engineers
• Develop DevOps resource onboarding process, Staff training, Identify shared resource for Release Trains, Develop Release Management Process, Release promotion from Dev to UAT
• Handle Cloud Migrations of legacy applications.
• Implement cloud specific monitoring tools.
• Develop processes for maintenance and optimization of client environments.
• Develop best Security and networking practices.
• Possess adequate techno-commercial skills on Cloud offerings on AWS.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
